Returns & Exchanges Policy

NOTE:
If we sent you the wrong item by mistake and you’d like to exchange it and you wanted to exchange quickly. we will generate a return slip for you. Then you’ll have to go to the relevant courier office to make the return.

However, if you prefer a reverse pickup, please note that it may take up to 12 working days as this is the courier company’s policy.

Additionally, if you ordered the wrong item by mistake, you’ll need to ship it back to us at your own expense.

Important :
Exchanges / returns will only be processed if the returned merchandise is unused / unwashed and with all original accessories i.e. tags, labels & poly bag etc.within 10 Days of purchase for a an exchange.

  • Please return goods with a copy of the invoice and mention the reason for returning the items.
  • Customer needs to return the merchandise via traceable delivery i.e. courier or registered post on his own expense to our address. 
  • Delivery Charges will not be refunded. 
  • Refund requests will be processed within 7 working days after receiving the return products.
  • All returns should be sent to IT Textile, Contact First on Company WhatsApp 0326 4 555 353 (Just WhatsApp / Call On Sim)

Exchange Policy:

1. What if I need to replace the product Size?

  • If the size you ordered doesn't fit you, simply 
  • Pack the product in its original package with accompanying tags.
  • You will be required to ship/deliver the packet to our office address (will be provided).
  • Once we receive the product, we will send the new size (depending on the availability).

2. What if I wish to exchange the product with other product(s)?

  • If you don’t like the product you ordered and wish to exchange it with other product or products, simply
  • Pack the product in its original package with accompanying tags.
  • You will be required to ship/deliver the packet to our office address (will be provided).
  • Once we receive the product, we will send the new products (depending on the availability).

RETURN POLICY:

1. What if I wish to return my product?

  • If you find your product unsatisfactory and wish to get refundsimply
  •  send/courier us the product at our Office address (address will be provided at the time of return filed).
  •  Once we receive the product and confirmed that the product is unused and all the tags are attached we will refund your amount.

2. How will I get My refund?

There are options for a refund.

If you wish to get the money back, then we can transfer you the amount via Bank transfer or Easypaisa or Jazz cash.

(NOTE : Delivery Charges will deduct from the total amount of the refund articles. Its Depends on Product Parcel)
